Hello,
It is enlightening to learn from your post that the entry level, nurses can be regarded as
the face of medical care since they provide medical services directly relating to patients. They
are different from senior-level nurses who direct them and coordinate work between nurses and
other support staff. She further points out that unlike entry-level nurses that require a bachelor's
degree, senior nurses require a combination of nursing degree and wealth of experience
(Turnock, 2016). They also perform specialized and complex functions.

It is interesting having read through your post. I conquer with you that the entry-level
nurses are those who are getting started in the field. They have to meet the requirements and be
registered. They educate the community on health matters (Turnock, 2016). The senior-level has
the same qualifications as these nurses but has accumulated experience through the years
acquiring leadership skills. Unlike entry-level nurses, they can secure funding to further
healthcare programs. They accommodate entry-level nurses and guide them to achieve the same.

Upon reading your post, I have noted you state that the difference between the two
categories of nurses is on responsibilities. Entry level nurses educate the public on how they can
promote and maintain their health (Turnock, 2016). Senior-level nurses are likened to
supervisors and managers overseeing and coordinating activities in their departments. Their tasks
are more complicated compared to entry-level nurses, and they must have prior working
experience. Entry-level needs no prior working experience and can be helped gain more
experience by senior-level nurses.

I like how you explored this point that the major responsibility is to focus on providing
health and life care for individuals, families, and the community. Entry-level nurses have
attained minimum requirements in training and education and perform functions such as
medicine administration, first aid, and immunizations (Turnock, 2016). On the other hand,
senior-level nurses have administrative duties, and they always delegate duties to other staff.
They are also responsible for patient discharge and admission.
