2. What are some convey ethics you would want from employees? (what is the behavior
you want from them) example : approachable, inviting, great energy etc.
3. What are the responsibilities for managers and how should they behave? What are
some expectations? Examples: encouraging, great role models etc.
4. What is the type of culture of the organization and the feeling you want for it. Examples:
appreciated, welcoming, productive etc.
5. How will management market ethics? Example: finding ways to make the employees be
great and do great.
6. Team: who will be a part of the team to help design good ethics programs for the
organization. Example: CEO, managers, department heads, a few works, an union etc.
