One of the negotiations in your life that can have a lasting impact is negotiating one's salary.

1) Please research some research-based salary negotiating tips,You are free to choose initial salary negotiations (i.e. before you accept a new position), negotiating a raise, OR negotiating a major job benefit (such as teleworking/commuting).

2) List the tips with proper APA referencing to sources

3) Review your classmates' discussion board submissions and reply to at least one person's.
