Question

Consider the theories of social psychology and organizations. How does one of the theories best approach an organization in which you have worked or in which someone you know has worked? How do the different roles inside and outside of that organization determine the effectiveness of it? What patterns and norms have to be maintained to preserve the organization? What happens when they are not maintained? How does one discover those patterns as a new employee? Include specific examples.
