My Topic is Mental Health for Veterans ( Via the VA Bill ) I chose this bill because veterans do not get the support they need when they leave duty. Focus on the state bill and the political feasibility, economic feasibility, and administrative feasibility. you may need to look at the state of NJ VA bill or GI bill regarding mental health
