For this assignment, you will need to interview someone who has worked or currently works in an organization. Your assignment is to summarize your interview in a written essay with 750-850 words. Your interview and summary should focus on:

Interview the person to discover how they approach communication with their supervisor, or, if they were a supervisor, how they approached communication with those they supervise.

You also will need to ask the person to identify some communication challenges they face or have faced.

In your interview, ask what they did to resolve those challenges.
