Operant Conditioning vs. Respondent Conditioning

Use the behavior you identified from the Example list and explain how to condition it using the principles of operant conditioning. Compare and contrast the two types of conditioning, tying in your chosen behavior examples to support your reasoning. In your response to your classmates, discuss the similarities and differences between the two types of conditioning and how well their chosen behavior examples demonstrated them.

Chosen Behavior - I am a perfectionist and a people pleaser. I fear failure, and therefore I go above and beyond in everything that I do to the point where I set an unrealistic expectation of myself. I have not quite figured out how to address this in a healthy manner in order to make a positive change.
