Well a lil about me I'm a registered nurse and i have been practicing for 6 years.

The second assignment is: Identify an experience you had as a professional nurse where shaping policy was achieved through a spheres of influence as outlined in Figure 1-4.

Describe the identified problem, policy development, political competencies applied as it impacted health and social policy.

A little about myself to help with the 1st assignment. 

I'm a RN with 6 years of practicing nursing. I'm work on a med surge floor specifically a respiratory floor. My floor transitioned to a Covid 19 floor since the beginning of the pandemic and we still are the covid 19 floor in my hospital.
