Research paper that evaluates the following question: What were the causes of the Mexican debt crisis in the 1980's? What was done by Mexico, U.S.,  IMF, World Bank, and other actors to fix the problem? What were the effects of the implemented solutions to the debt crisis? Were the solutions effective?

 This needs to be an original, well written research paper that investigates the Mexican debt crisis in the 1980's. Paper should include what led up to the debt crisis, what/who caused the debt crisis, the solutions were implemented to fix the crisis, and an evaluation of whether or not those solutions were effective.
