1.) Describe four significant points you took away from the guest lecture by Ms. Lyla Garzouzi .(Use Presentation Video Link below) . Take time to outline anything that expanded your perspective, gave you a new outlook, or any type of learning you uncovered for yourself during her talk. 2.) Review the Chapter 6 Lecture. Have you ever faced a situation where doing the right thing wasn’t easy? Reflect on those moments. In your own words, answer the following questions: (200-300 words)
a) Briefly describe a moment in your life where doing the right thing felt difficult.
b) Using examples from what you’ve just reviewed in the Chapter 6 lecture, tell us whether you think you were courageous in the face of that dilemma, or not.
c) Outline one thing you would do differently if faced with a similar dilemma in the future, based on things you have learned from this Chapter 6 lecture.
3.) Review the Chapter 7 Lecture. Now think back on your past work, school, professional experience and ask yourself if you have ever had a boss, teacher, or other authority figure make you feel more empowered.
Briefly describe at least 3 things that person did (actions, conversations, training, events etc.), that you want to do as a manager or mentor in your own future.
