Select a research topic from the menu listed below.  If you have an alternative research topic you would like to explore, please clear it with your instructor, but make sure it is related to the course materials.  Your research paper should be in sufficient depth to exceed the extent to which the text covers the material.  This is a research paper, not an opinion paper.  Because this is an Organizational Behavior class, you must address how the topic impacts management and/or organizations.  Papers should be a minimum of 4 pages long (double spaced), a maximum of 6, concisely written in a font this size (Times New Roman, 12), grammatically correct and spell checked.  You should have an additional page for bibliography (use APA style references throughout paper).  Use no fewer than four resources, NOT including your text.  The Internet (e.g., web-pages) should NOT be your only resource.  Be careful not to plagiarize.
