Leadership paper

Question

Leadership is a key aspect of any organization. For this assignment, you will work individually on assignment. We will be starting a brand-new University and you are in charge of naming the university and appointing 5 key leadership positions. Those positions are:

1. President

2. Enrollment Management Director, Admissions Director

3. Director of Athletics

4. Director of Dining Services

5. Director of Finance/fundraising

Your charge is to find individuals with outstanding leadership backgrounds (dead or alive) to fill these roles and let me know why you selected them. You will explain your rationale why you selected them with researched leadership details on their backgrounds. You will also justify their selection in writing. 

You will also justify why and how these 5 important leaders of a university will work together in a team atmosphere to run your university.

The assignment will be a minimum of 6 pages.  1 page on each of the selections equalling 5 pages and one page (or more) for justification and wrap-up of the above questions Which the 6 pages.

 Do not use any presidents like Biden, Trump, Obama--- Oprah, Mark Cuban, LeBron, Kobe, and Guy Fieri are all off the limits.
