Paper Assignment 2: Choose one perspective from chapter 6,7,8,9 and write a 1-2 pages paper explaining your subject’s personality from that perspective.You are to use examples of your person’s life/behavior and connect it to elements from the theory or perspective you are using to explain their personality. (You can select one of the following: a. Genetic and Evolution; b. Psychodynamic; c. Object Relations (Attachment theory, Self Psychology); d. Erikson’s theory of Psychosocial Development).

Please note that if you chose to analyze your character using the psychodynamic you are free to use any of Freud's personality concepts except for the Structural Model of personality since we already wrote a discussion board about it. Failure to adhere to this point will result in having to re-write your paper.

The formatting for paper assignments 1-3 should following the additional writing guidelines.

1-2 pages double space, Font 12, Times New Roman

Introduce the theory you are using and provide a synopsis of the theory briefly.

Use the remainder of the page to provide examples from the person’s life, their personality, and their behavior to explain according to that theory.

Paper should be of academic quality (written well, grammar, and syntax and mechanism should be appropriate for an academic setting)If you cite within the text, please utilize APA format.

Your text and any other reference you use as a source for theory/perspective information should be cited on your reference page (APA Style format).

Your papers will be evaluated on how well it is written and your ability to explain your subject’s personality using the chosen theory or perspective.
