You are required to undertake a case study of an organisation of your choice that is within the public domain.

 As part of this case study you need to complete the following:

 A SWOT analysis of your chosen organisation.

  Using your SWOT analysis, evaluate the role the HRM department plays in managing and supporting the internal functions.

 From your evaluation, identify the specialist areas within the HRM department and analyse how these impact on the overall success of the organisation.
