This assignment is for my Diversity & Intersectionality in Social Work class. We were asked to read the attached articles and use the readings to discuss how intersecting characteristics impact the opportunities and limitations that either women face as they transition from college into the workforce and/or fathers when they engage with their children of different genders. You can speak to what either of these populations experiences in the shaping of gender views and practices.
