Address the following items in your paper:

• Identify the dilemma.
• Discuss how the dilemma affected the workplace environment.
• Examine processes that your company has in place to mitigate the dilemma.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the mitigating strategies. Are they effective? Why or why not? If not, suggest a strategy you would have imposed for the dilemma you experienced.
