Read "Reconceptualizing Program Outcomes" and "Leveling EBP Content for Undergraduate Nursing Students," located in the topic Resources. These articles will provide you with a better understanding of issues within curriculum development.

Select an issue within curriculum development that is of interest to you and write a paper of 1,000-1,250 words on the issue, discussing its effect and relevance to nursing, staff or patient education. Include the following in your paper:

  1. Describe the selected issue.
  2. Describe why this issue is a problem at your place of employment.
  3. Describe at least two proposed strategies to resolve the issue.

Use three to five scholarly, peer-reviewed resources, published within the last 5 years, that are not among the materials provided in the course, particularly the two sources referenced in this assignment.
