Please write a letter of recommendation for someone who is applying to nursing school. Think about anyone you know and write how awesome and perfect they would be in this profession.

I am pleased to write a letter for recommendation for Nori Li. I came to know her very well as her supervisor. She was a medical records coordinator.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Oversees the daily operations of the Medical Records Department.

• Abstracting, analyzing, auditing, and coding of all medical records in a timely manner.

• Oversees the release of medical record information, archiving/storage of medical records, and the transcription/dictation processing.

• Collects and analyzes data for quality improvement.

• Completes quarterly performance improvement reports in a timely manner.

• Suggests changes to Medical Record policies and procedures.

• Functions as a member on assigned committees.

• Works with Medical Staffing Coordinator on mass mailings and filing projects.

• Works closely with nursing, social work, and finance to ensure PPS compliance and unit profitability.

• Looks to become highly involved in areas outside specific job function.
